Plans and packs
Prices are US reference prices. The App Store shows the exact price for your country and currency before you buy, including any taxes it collects.

Creator and Studio use the same models; Studio gives you twice the credits. Annual plans cost about 17% less than twelve monthly payments and are charged once for the year.

Before any AI action, the app shows its cost and your balance. Nothing is spent until you confirm.
Examples
- A full song with an AI cover and one AI lyric draft uses 17 credits. A clip with the same extras uses 12.
- Creator's 120 monthly credits cover, for example, ten full songs, or seven full songs with a cover and a lyric draft each.
- Studio's 240 monthly credits cover, for example, twenty full songs, or fourteen full songs with a cover and a lyric draft each.
- Tip: compare takes with a free template cover, then make an AI cover for the take you keep.
Credit rules
- Paid credits never expire. Credits from packs and plans roll over, and stay usable after a subscription ends.
- Annual plans add their credits monthly for the whole paid year, even if you turn off auto-renew.
- Promotional credits from the free introduction are kept separate from paid credits.
- Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred to another account.
- Deleting your account deletes its credits, so use or export first.
If a generation fails
- Technical failures (for example no audio or an invalid file) restore your credits automatically.
- Cancelling before the request reaches the provider releases the credits. After that, the provider may still finish, so cancelling isn't a refund; a finished result stays in your library.
- Checking your generation: if a connection drops, the app shows that we're checking. If no result can be delivered, the credits are restored.
- Not to your taste: a valid take you don't like isn't refunded automatically. If something is seriously wrong, contact support and we may add goodwill credits.
Subscriptions and refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your Moonsong account doesn't cancel a subscription.
Purchases are made through Apple. Refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, and Apple decides them. If Apple refunds a purchase, the credits it added are reversed. Use Restore Purchases in the app to reconnect purchases to your account.
